Fiber was my first love of craft. As a young girl, I remember my grandmother introducing me to embroidery and crochet during our summer visits on her Missouri farm. It was there that I discovered my need to create.

Many years later, in my mid-twenties, I learned how to knit and immediately fell in love all over again. I love the relationship of how a line, (the yarn) can grow into a solid form through a concession of slip knots. The process is so fragile, yet extremely durable.
