As a child, I spent hours in the garden with my grandmother. The immense leaves and the rich, smooth, velvety surface of her calla lilies always enchanted me. To this day, they remain one of my favorite flowers, having inspired the creation of this scarf. For me, calla lilies are a reminder that oftentimes, things which are seemingly hardy or strong, are actually quite delicate.
